Ben is an evangelical innovator and problem solver. He started his career in sales and advertising but moved onto managing software development and innovation companies from the mid 1990s. He worked with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500’s corporations, to government projects and start-ups. Before setting up Adtones he specialised in telecommunications systems working with clients like Vodafone, BT, Cable & Wireless Sprint and Verizon. Gaspare Manos has extensive knowledge of the advertising and media market. He had managed teams in advertising, sales, and content for online and printed magazines. Gaspare has strong business development experience across the EU, Africa and Asia with high-level networks in sectors relevant to Adtones’ expansion and implementation strategy. Anita is a cross-border business strategist. She has 20 years of experience in building and executing business strategies with projects in Asia, U.K. and Europe, and the United States. In her prior experience, she traded, for some 15 years, financial and commodity futures and had worked the entire spectrum of the debt market. Anita holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BBA Summa Cum Laude in economics from Loyola University in Chicago. She is a Fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science.

Since 2010, Rajesh Varma has been the international equity portfolio manager at DNCA Paris (€25bn under management). Previously Rajesh worked for Carmignac Gestion from 2002 where he managed global funds focusing on new technologies, healthcare and renewable energies, participating in Asian stock-picking for the whole range of funds. He worked for Eurazeo for two years from 2000. Rajesh has also worked as a fund manager for Montgomery AM in San Francisco, KI Pacific AM, Arral Associates (the first Asian hedge fund). He began his career at Fidelity in Hong Kong as an analyst covering Asian markets. Rajesh is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BSC 1986 and MBA 1988).

Robin has spent most of his 30 year career working in Asia in equity capital markets specialising in equity distribution, corporate finance and fund raisings. Starting in Singapore in Corporate Finance with Samuel Montagu, then joining WI Carr. Robin established WI Carr's Indonesian business in Jakarta, helped establish the research business in Bangkok and Mumbai before heading up their sales business globally out of Hong Kong. Robin moved to Citigroup to help build their new equity division in Asia, eventually heading up their Pan Asian and Global Emerging Markets distribution encompassing Asia, Australia, Emerging Europe, Africa and Latin America. Post the acquisition of Lehman in 2008, Robin moved to Barclays, initially in London, then in Singapore, to build their newly created Global Emerging Markets equity business as well as lead their US equity franchise in Europe.

Luke has 20 years’ experience in public and private financial markets, predominantly in global technology equity research and sales roles. Luke started his career as a technology equity research analyst research at Lehman Brothers and CLSA in Taiwan, spending much of his time in Science Parks across North Asia. Luke then went on to work at JPMorgan and Barclays in global technology and corporate relationship management roles in London. More recently Luke was managing Director at VTC Capital where he advised technology companies on Asian strategic expansion. Throughout Luke’s career he has gained the trust of his clients through his ability to simply explain often complicated technical concepts. Out of the office Luke can be found kitesurfing on the South Coast of England whenever the British weather allows.
